GENERAL AREAS

Our general usage areas have been rearranged in accordance with the social distance rule. The necessary precautions have been taken, signs have been made, and informative posters have been put. Extra disinfection procedures are performed for frequently touched surfaces.

  • There are hand disinfection devices in all our general areas.
  • Especially frequently touched surfaces with hands, door handles, batteries, handrails, frequently touched buttons, toilets and sinks in common areas are disinfected.

ROOMS

  • Products such as soap, shampoo, shower gel in your room are disposable and are not used by anyone other than you.
  • Daily cleaning of your room is done by our staff using masks and disposable gloves.
  • If you do not want entering your room for daily housekeeping or your mini bar, please inform the reception that you do not want this service.
  • Textile products such as sheets and towels are washed in the washing machine with detergent at 60-90 C.

OUR STAFF

  • All our employees have received special training about epidemic and hygiene.
  • While serving you, our staff uses protective equipment such as mask gloves or face shields, depending on the location and service.
  • In all our personnel areas, as in general usage areas, hygiene standards and practices are carried out in the same and meticulously.

KITCHEN

  • Cleaning and hygiene of the kitchen-related areas, all kinds of equipment used in the kitchen, counter and storage areas are regularly provided.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • While moving within the facility, pay utmost attention to maintaining social distance. Comply with the signs made by the hotel management.
  • Do not miss the 1.5 meter distance left between tables.
  • If you experience Covid-19 symptoms in yourself or one of our other guests, inform the reception immediately. the reception will contact our Environmental and Social Service Representative and healthcare organizations for you.
  • Within the scope of Covid-19 precautions, you can get protective materials such as disinfectants, masks and gloves free of charge from reception, housekeeping and room service at any time of the day, so that you can use them when necessary.

WAREHOUSE AND BACK AREAS

  • Food materials are inspected and purchased from suppliers we choose. It is admitted to our facilities after all the necessary control and disinfection processes.
  • In our facility, the storage conditions and production methods are carried out in extremely hygienic environments.
  • Warehouses are checked frequently according to the relevant hygiene list.

FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE AREAS

  • All of our service personnel serve with masks.
  • Signs reminding social distance have been applied to every point that may be waiting in the lobby.
  • Table and chair arrangements in the breakfast room are arranged according to social distance.
  • Vehicles such as self-service tea and beverage machines in our food & beverage departments have been removed or are provided by our staff.
  • Contact with food is prevented in the open buffet and service is carried out by kitchen staff.
  • In all our food & beverage units, dirty items are only washed with dishwashers.
  • All foods are stored in closed areas or covered.
